Music Theatre and Opera
The Music Theatre and Opera Division of the School of Music

musicals and opera are produced every year. Past seasons have
incuded: Into the Woods, Jane Eyre, The Medium, The Pirates of Penzance, Assassins,
Forever Plaid, Gypsy, Madame Butterfly, A Funny Thing Happened
on the Way to the Forum, Chicago, Baby, The Rocky Horror Show, The
Tales of Hoffman, Cabaret, Sweeny Todd and The Mystery of Edwin
Drood just to name a few!
Music Theatre students also have a chance to perform in professional
musical reviews as a part of UCO’s new and popular
Jazz Lab Production Series. Past Jazz Lab shows include What
You Don’t Know About Women – a revue of female
favorites by the likes of Linda Ronstadt, Bette Midler and
