The UCO College of Arts, Media & Design’s School of Music offers a variety of concerts each season. Our performance groups are some of the most sought after in the region. You can enjoy music from the UCO Symphony Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Choirs, Chamber Orchestra, Cello Ensemble and Jazz Ensembles plus many other small performing groups. Our performance groups play at a number of venues including Mitchell Hall Theater, the UCO Jazz Lab, the Y-Chapel of Song and several off-campus sites. Dr. Valery Kuleshov, a pianist, serves as an Artist-in-Residence for the College of Arts, Media & Design in the School of Music. His awards include a Gold Medal at the Busoni International Piano Competition, a Silver Medal at the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition and first prize at the Pro Piano Competition.
